    Our partner IMPACTT Digital Partner will provide tech support for your website. In addition our website platform will also be able to provide support. On the issue of maintenance, there is no maintenance required therefore no maintenance fee.
  • Besides the cost of you building our website, what other cost are involved?
    The only additional cost associated with your website is the hosting cost is about $15.00 to $20.00 a month paid directly to the hosting company and your domain name which is about $20.00 a year paid directly to the domain company. Look at it like this, your hosting is the land that you are building your house on which you have to purchase before the house can be built, and the domain is the address to your house.
  • What is the financial arrangement when building our website?
    We require a 50% deposit to start the process and balance due when the website is completed. We send you an invoice showing all of the details of the project for your record and ours. Once you receive the invoice then you can make the 50% deposit.
  • How long does it take for a website to be completed
    Our websites can take as little as a few days oe longer depending on the number of pages and the complexity.
  • Do you help with content and images
    It would help if you already have content and images for your website. Inside of your website there are hundreds of thousands of free images that you can select for your website. If you need help with content we have a content writer that can help.
  • What is the cost of you building a website?
    A website can cost as little as $395.00 and more depending on the number of pages and its complexity. Selecting one of our templates can help keep the cost down.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
